What to Bring to Your Appointment

  • You will need to a current referral from your general practitioner. We prefer if these can be sent in advance so your appointment can be booked on an approprate day. Not all services are available everyday.
  • Please bring any relevant x-rays, scans or audiograms. 
  • Medicare card 
  • Private health insurance details if applicable

Method of payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard. Payment in full on the day is required.

 If Medicare have your banking details the medicare component will be refunded into your account, within 24 hours in most cases.
